The mission of the Lake Norman Community Sailing is to offer the opportunity for adults and youth to learn the sport of sailing. They provide affordable, accessible, and safe opportunities on Lake Norman.
Where To Go:
All sailing, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) and kayaking activities operate out of Blythe Landing Park. LNCS operates with paid and volunteer staff and we have a fleet of more than 70 boats. The sailing fleet includes Flying Scots, Sunfish, and a Capri 22 which is used to teach ASA classes. We have a growing fleet of SUPs and kayaks.
The Lake Norman Community Sailing is a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit.
